There are six 3-story houses that each accommodate 58 students.

• All 6 of the houses are coed. Coed houses have separate floors for males and females as well as separate bathroom facilities. When necessary a floor may have mixed gender, with seperate bathrooms.
  
  
• Rooms are double occupancy (183 sq. ft.) or super double/triple (265 sq. ft.). Roommates are matched according to student information on the Housing application. Please let your student fill out the application. Preferences are granted depending upon availability of space, dates of application and deposit.
  
  
• Each floor has living space for approximately 19 students
  
  
• Each floor has 2 bathroom facilities
  
  
• Every house has a lounge that is fully carpeted, color television, study room, and microwave oven.
  
  
• Rooms are fully carpeted and furnished with beds, desks, chairs, bookcases, chests of drawers, closets, individual air conditioning and heating units, basic cable TV, and internet access
  
  
• Personal items you will need include: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, study lamp, soap (personal & laundry), and towels are just a few items that must be provided by the student.
